How Can I Get Taller – Why And How To Grow Taller
How Can I Get Taller – Grow Taller Ebook Review
In my previous post on How Can I Get Taller, I mentioned an ebook that I came across not so long ago, which opened my eyes to many practical techniques to grow taller, this book is “Grow Taller 4 Idiots” by Dr. Darwin Smith. Book’s title aside, this is truly a gold mine of useful information that is a must-have for anyone interested in increasing their height naturally.
After a light, but thorough introduction to the growth process, the author doesn’t waste any time and quickly jumps into explaining not just actual methods to grow taller, but also how to actually look tall even if you’re not. The main book is made of six chapters, they go through everything from maximizing growth to preventing stunted growth to recommended food intakes and much more. I don’t usually suggest books in my How Can I Get Taller blog, but today I’ll make an exception, the fact that this information was available somewhere yet very few people knew about it was simply beyond me, and is enough reason for me to recommend it to my readers. I’ll probably talk more about it in future posts, since many of the methods I use were inspired by it. You can check Dr.Darwin’s book here.
Why Grow Taller?
Even though we humans are very logical creatures, it takes us a very short amount of time to judge others, a few seconds to be precise, and we build the meat of our judgment during this tiny amount of time on very superficial things like height, weight and even smell.
Many of us are not aware that we do this all the time, we’re all really guilty of it. Sure, we use our logical faculties to judge others as well, but that just contributes very little to our judgement. We pretend that we’re assessing others solely based on their real capabilities, like experience and knowledge, but this is simply incorrect. Long before our brains developed the capability of judging others based on how good they actually are, we were relying on more primitive hints like height to determine people’s true value and judge their abilities to perform. It’s an instinctive thing, we’ve only developed human capacities to think logically very recently in our evolutionary process.
I started to realize the significance of this later in my life. I don’t remember when exactly, it happened slowly, with every new experience, I started to understand what it really means to be shorter than average, my determination grew stronger, I was willing to do anything to change, I wanted to get taller. I thought of how I’ve always attributed all the bad experiences that I’ve had in my life to being unlucky or to people being “unreasonable”, all those years wasted not looking for the root of my problem. This fueled my determination to change ever more. I wanted to find a system that doesn’t just tell me how to get taller, but how to get taller naturally, and how to get taller fast.
